Your Barclo plan

Barclo offers a 14-day free trial, no credit card required to start. During the trial you have full, unrestricted access to every feature: unlimited clients, pets, bookings, and invoices. Everything you set up during the trial carries over when you subscribe, so there's nothing to redo.

To see your trial status or subscribe: Settings → Subscription.

When your trial ends, you can subscribe by clicking Subscribe · £29/month on the Subscription page. Your account and all its data remain intact, subscribing simply lets you continue using the platform.

Referrals, share Barclo and earn credit

If you know other pet-care professionals, a fellow dog walker, a groomer, a boarding kennel, you can recommend Barclo to them and earn account credit when they subscribe.

Here's how it works:

Your referral link, Barclo gives you a unique link to share. When someone signs up through your link, they get an extended 28-day trial instead of the standard 14 days, a genuinely useful gift for a fellow small-business owner.

Your reward, when the person you referred subscribes (becomes a paying customer), you earn £10 off your next bill. That's credited to your account automatically and applied at your next renewal.

Your referral code, you also have a personal referral code that people can enter manually. Note that your code is locked once it's set, so choose it carefully. If you ever need to change it, email [email protected].

To find your link and code: Settings → Referrals. Share the link on your social media, in your email footer, or drop it into a pet-care Facebook group. The more fellow professionals you help discover Barclo, the more your bill shrinks.
